Part One: Terms of Use
1. Scope
These terms govern your use of www.eurivestenergy.com. By browsing the site or submitting information through our forms you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms do not replace any separate advisory agreement, confidentiality agreement or supply contract signed between the parties. Where there is a conflict, the signed agreement prevails.
2. The site operator
The site is operated by ATAK GLOBAL BV, trading as EURIVEST ENERGY, registered in Belgium under company number 1031606678, with its registered address at Schoorstraat 9, 3980 Tessenderlo-Ham and its office at Sasstraat 1, Bus 11, 3500 Hasselt. Full details appear on our Legal Notice page.
3. Nature of the content
All text, service descriptions, project listings, product information, articles and market commentary on this site are provided for general information.
Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, a legal opinion, tax advice, or a binding commercial offer. Completing a form or contacting us does not in itself create a service relationship. An engagement exists only once a written agreement has been signed by both parties.
Prices, capacities and delivery times shown on the site are indicative. A binding quotation is issued in writing, on a project specific basis, with a stated validity period.
4. Project and product information
Project details such as country, region, installed capacity, storage capacity, stage, permit status, grid connection status, indicative investment value and expected commissioning date are supplied by the project owner and are accurate as at the date of publication. They may change without notice. Verified documentation is released only after a confidentiality agreement has been signed.
Technical specifications for batteries and storage systems are based on manufacturer documentation. Final figures and warranty terms are confirmed in the manufacturer’s project specific quotation and contract.
Images used on the site may be illustrative. The appearance and configuration of a delivered system may differ.
5. Intellectual property
Text, articles, graphics, icons, design elements, photographs, video and software components on this site belong to ATAK GLOBAL BV (EURIVEST ENERGY) or its licensors and are protected by copyright. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished or used commercially without written permission.
You may view and print pages for your own non commercial information and link to our articles with attribution. Framing our content within your own site is not permitted.
The EURIVEST ENERGY name, logo and visual identity are ours and may not be used without consent. Manufacturer and partner marks shown on the site belong to their respective owners and appear solely to indicate an existing official commercial relationship.
6. Your obligations
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you send us. By sending us technical, project or financial documents you confirm that you are entitled to share them.
You may not upload malicious code, attempt to circumvent the security of the site, scrape content in bulk, place unreasonable load on our servers, or act on behalf of another person or company without authority. Breach of these rules may result in your access being blocked and, where appropriate, legal action.
7. External links
The site may link to manufacturers, authorities, legislative sources and partners. We do not control the content, accuracy or privacy practices of those sites and accept no responsibility for them. Once you follow an external link, that site’s own terms apply.
8. Availability and changes
We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available and accurate, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical faults or security reasons. We may change, update or remove content, structure and these terms without prior notice.
Part Two: Legal Disclaimer
9. Our status
ATAK GLOBAL BV, trading as EURIVEST ENERGY, is a consultancy registered in Belgium under company number 1031606678. We are not an investment firm, portfolio manager, bank, payment institution, insurance intermediary, law firm, audit or valuation firm, licensed immigration agency, or an EPC contractor.
Our work covers energy project development coordination, licensing and grid connection management, project marketing and investor matching, battery storage supply, and international investment advisory.
10. No investment advice
Project information, revenue models, feasibility figures, payback estimates and market commentary that we publish or prepare are provided for information. They are not a recommendation to buy or sell securities, not a recommendation to invest in a particular project, and not personalised investment advice.
Every investor should carry out an independent assessment in light of their own risk profile, financial position and objectives, and take advice from their own financial adviser. The investment decision rests entirely with the investor. The value of an investment may fall, expected returns may not materialise and capital may be lost in full.
11. Forward looking statements
Revenue forecasts, generation estimates, arbitrage and balancing market income, payback periods and commissioning timetables rest on assumptions made at the time of preparation.
Those assumptions can be affected by electricity price movements and market design changes, grid capacity developments and connection delays, revisions to energy legislation and support schemes, permitting delays, equipment and construction cost inflation, exchange rates and financing costs, and geopolitical or supply chain disruption.
No projection carries any guarantee of outcome. Past performance or results achieved on comparable projects do not indicate future performance.
12. Legal services
We do not provide legal services and we do not issue legal opinions.
Legal work connected to investment processes is carried out in coordination with qualified lawyers and specialist partners in the relevant country. Our role is to identify the expertise required, match you with the right adviser, assemble documentation, manage the timetable and coordinate communication between parties. Drafting, legal opinions, official filings and legal representation are performed by qualified lawyers, who are responsible for their own work.
13. Financial, tax and accounting matters
We do not provide statutory audit, certified accountancy or formal valuation services.
We advise on financial modelling, budgeting, cash flow analysis and reporting structures. Tax returns, statutory accounts, audit reports and formal valuation reports are prepared by qualified accountants and licensed firms. Tax rules differ between countries and change frequently, so any general tax information on this site must be assessed against your own circumstances.
14. Residence and citizenship programmes
No guarantee of residence permit or citizenship is given at any stage.
We inform investors about investment, residence and citizenship programmes in the relevant countries and coordinate the process with qualified lawyers.
The outcome of any application rests entirely with the competent authorities of the country concerned. Programme conditions and quotas change frequently and programmes may be withdrawn. Forming a company does not by itself confer residence rights, since most countries require genuine economic activity. Applications are handled by qualified immigration lawyers. Fees paid for advisory work cannot be interpreted as a guarantee of outcome.
15. Source and verification of project information
Technical, legal and financial information about the projects we market is obtained from project owners. We check documents for consistency and apply reasonable care, but we do not carry out independent technical verification or audit, we do not warrant the authenticity of documents, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of a project owner’s statements.
Investors are expected to carry out their own technical, legal and financial due diligence before committing. We coordinate that process; we do not replace it.
16. Batteries and storage systems
Technical specifications, capacity figures, cycle life, efficiency, certification and warranty terms are declared by the manufacturer, and warranty obligations rest with the manufacturer. Our role is to pass warranty claims to the manufacturer, conduct the technical correspondence and follow up.
We do not carry out installation or commissioning. Responsibility for installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance rests with the parties performing that work. Ensuring compliance with local electrical, fire safety and building regulations is the investor’s responsibility. We provide guidance but do not issue compliance declarations.
17. Brand and representation
Only brands with which we hold an official sales, distribution or dealership relationship appear on this site. We do not use terms such as partner, distributor, authorised dealer or representative for companies with which no such agreement exists. Brands still under negotiation are not shown.
18. Third party professionals
The lawyers, accountants, technical consultants, valuers and immigration lawyers we work alongside are independent professionals. We select them on the basis of qualification and track record, but they are responsible for the content, accuracy and outcome of their own work. We do not warrant or assume liability for those services.
19. Currency of content
Energy legislation, grid codes, support mechanisms and immigration programmes change quickly. Articles and content carry a publication date. Please verify that information is current before acting on it.
Part Three: General Provisions
20. Limitation of liability
Subject to the matters set out above, we accept no liability for direct or indirect loss arising from decisions taken in reliance on the site or on general information provided. Liability for services delivered under a signed advisory agreement is limited as set out in that agreement.
These limitations do not apply in cases of intent, gross negligence, or where mandatory law does not permit them.
21. Force majeure
We are not liable for disruption caused by events outside our control, including natural disaster, war, epidemic, cyber attack, failure of energy or communications infrastructure, and decisions of public authorities.
22. Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force and the invalid provision is treated as replaced by the valid provision closest to its purpose.
23. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of Hasselt, Belgium. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
24. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@eurivestenergy.com, by phone on +32 465 17 61 33, or in writing to Sasstraat 1, Bus 11, 3500 Hasselt, Belgium. Where you are unsure about the scope of our services, we prefer to clarify it before any agreement is signed.
